Hi I’m Shaun and I have been involved in English language teaching for over twenty-five years. I am currently a freelance teacher trainer as well as working for the International House World Organisation as their Teacher Training Coordinator. In my time I have written a number of business English coursebooks but am now more known for my love of technology and language teaching, especially in the area of m-learning. I published a free white paper on this a couple of years ago and and my new book will be published by OUP later this year. Now that it’s in the final edits I am resurrecting my blog. In my spare time, I am the joint coordinator of the IATEFL Learning technologies special interest group. My main hobby these days is podcasting, making the biweekly podcast for teachers called TEFL commute. Other than that I like playing games both digital and table top. When doing neither of these things you’ll find me walking in the nearby woods, growing stuff in my garden or cooking in the kitchen.
